This home, located on the lake, provides all the modern amenities with craftsman details. The client wanted a house that provided a cozy feel when it was just the two of them, but opened up for parties and accommodated large groups.
The outdoor space can be screened or not, but also has an ability to extend the indoor space with the large glass door that opens up to a 12′ opening. The master suite on the first floor is a private suite with a study all looking out on the lake.
The second floor provides two guest rooms with loft space for additional sleeping space for guests. The living room is a double-height space that allows second-floor occupants to view down into the space below. The three-sided fireplace provides heat and beauty to the kitchen, dining, and living room.
