Irontek

This project involved the creation of a space that allows new entrepreneurs to interact and develop their businesses in a space that incorporates all the necessities of running a business.  The space has two conference rooms, a large open office space that also can be used as a flex space for events, a large break room, private office space, and a small reception area.  The existing factory building space is enhanced by the use of metal for the stairs and railings.  The lighting fixtures and HVAC are all exposed to also add to the industrial feel.
